2016-now
Lived in Finland
As a Vietnamese student, I managed to get myself the full scholarship to come to study in Finland. I chose my bachelor field focusing on Hospitality Management in which I started learning about User flow and user's painpoint to relate to my design passion path.
March - 2020
Pivoted to design
At the moment of the world when covid happened, I decided to make myself a new career that follows my passion towards the design together with critical thinking and research hobby
Oct - 2020
My first full-time
design job
After few months of self-study about UX design and finished my first porfolio, I got an official offer to the biggest bank in Viet Nam for the position of UI/UX designer
2021
Agency
NITECO
After a short time being an in-house designer, I realized myself at that time was in need of changing to something more challenging, I got another new offer to the Swedish agency, Niteco. It was the perfect experience for a newbie like me to work together with diverse big brands like Electrolux, Maria Nila and Brownells. My user research skills were a great asset to the team with diverse projects of specialising in strategy, improving design maturity & design systems.

And still going
I love what I do so much. Challenging myself with new industries is always a great learning path for me.
Currently, I am working in a new industry, cybersecurity, under the position of Product Designer
